In Memorium, Noel Lanci

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

It is with deep regret that we have learned that Noel Lanci, a student who participated on the Körös Regional Archaeological Project Field School in 2002, passed away on December 11, 2004. Noel died of natural causes at the age of 25. She was in her first year of graduate school at Eastern New Mexico University. Memorial services will be held in Lawrence and St. Francis, Kansas. Her family requests gifts be sent to the Humane Society in lieu of flowers.

Noel will be dearly missed by her friends and colleagues , and the discipline of archaeology will be worse off without her.
